Steve Bogdanoff (Founder & President) is a veteran K-12 educator with over 30 years of administrative and classroom teaching experience. Since 1980 he has specialized in the areas of school improvement, information management and visual analytic resource design for K-12 education.

Rob Bogdanoff (Web Application Development) is an experienced website designer and QA engineer for firms such as LucasFilm, Macromedia, Ford Motor Co., Charles Schwab, Webvan, and E-Greetings. He has developed numerous web applications, including the QA bug tracking resource, On Track.

Allen Cohen (Vice President, Development and Client Relations) has been in marketing, sales and financial management for 30+ years. For the past 7+ years he has focusing on educational publications and software as the head of Allen Cohen & Associates, which has represented National Geographic School Publishing and numerous educational software products in the northeast.

Karl Johnson (Corporate & Marketing Communications)has more than 35 years experience in business-to-business marketing communications. He has generated communications strategies for companies in a myriad of industries, helped launch numerous start-up companies and run a full-service ad agency. Karl has also been a college instructor and chair of his local School Board.

John Peterson (Product Development) brings over 30+ years of K-12 administrative software design and consulting experience to the firm. His clients have included both independent schools and public school districts.

Patrick Walsh (Director of Technology & Client Operations) is a seasoned Information technology executive with almost 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, administering and supporting technological solutions for businesses and individuals. Since 2000 he has worked exclusively in guiding and supporting the technological direction of K-12 professional development companies.
